We are pleased to announce that The Builders Insurance Broker has been approved to continue as one of icare HBCF’s select panel of broker distributors.
You may recall that the NSW Government announced reforms to Builders Warranty earlier this year.
As part of these reforms icare HBCF have revised their panel of broker distributors.
The Builders Insurance Broker was successful in our tender to be on the panel of approved distributors and we will continue to service your Builders Warranty and other insurance needs into the future.
We remind you that icare HBCF are increasing their rates for the following project types effective 2nd October 2017:
- Single Dwellings / Cottages
- New Multi Units and Townhouses including duplexes, triplexes and villas
We also wish to remind you that icare HBCF have updated the following forms
- Job Specific Application Form CIMS 2.0
- Multi Unit Application Form CIMS 2.0
- Builder Project Completion Advice CIMS 2.0
